SHIPPING POLICY

1.Delivery Address
Please make sure the information you provide for receipt of goods is accurate. If the address information you provided is incorrect, we will not be responsible for the loss of parcel.

2.Order Processing Time
Orders are all packed in 12 hours, and shipped in 24 hours. （business hours only, processing time will be delayed when there are weekends/holidays）

3.Tracking Your Order
The order tracking can be checked under your order if you have the Shopify app. You can also contact customer support team to check for your tracking.

4.Estimated Delivery Time
Shipping roughly takes 10-30 business days to arrive after shipping. Please note under some special circumstance, for example, epidemic/parcel overload at customs/holidays at China/buyer’s countries, etc, delivery delays can occasionally occur.
